BCL Civil Contractors, Inc. was formed in 1998 with the vision of
providing quality structural concrete construction to the northwest
Florida area.
Since its inception BCL has expanded its services to include
installation of underground utilities, site fire suppression, complete
site development packages and brick paving.
Our reputation as an upstanding contractor that produces quality work is
of the utmost importance. We take great pride in our reputation and
strive to maintain it by employing qualified personnel, who understand
the complexity of the construction process and importance of
